Join us for our half day LUNCH IN THE WILD KAYAKING TOUR! On this guided adventure we paddle along the rocky shoreline of the North Hood Canal in search of the area’s abundant wildlife before stopping at a secluded beach for lunch, swimming, and beach combing. Seals, eagles, marine invertebrates, small fish and river otters may be spotted along the way and occasionally we encounter larger marine mammals such as Orca, humpback whales and California Sea Lions.
Bring your own lunch or arrange with us to pick up a sandwich picnic lunch from The Pleasant Harbor Marina Galley ($16 each). Please wear shoes that are sturdy and can get wet. There are many oysters on the beach were we dine, swim and beachcomb and they can be quite sharp. The waters in the Hood Canal can reach 73 degrees F in the summer, so bring your swimsuit for June through September tours! Or any time of year if your a polar plunger!
All kayaking and safety equipment included.
